• Terms of Sale -- governs your purchase and use of Gift Cards.
• Website Terms of Use -- governs your access and use of the Website.
• Privacy Policy -- governs the use of your personal information we collect.

By using this Website, you agree that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts, have read, understood, and accepted the User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or conduct any sale/purchase transactions.

References to "you" or "User" mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents, and using its functionalities. "Service Providers" mean independent third-party service providers or merchants. References to "we," "us," or "UrsReward" mean UrsReward as the operator of this Website.

We, as a merchant, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to a decline of authorization for any transaction, including cases where the cardholder has exceeded preset limits agreed with the acquiring bank.

1. Terms of Sale

• The Gift Card you purchase is redeemable for goods or services by the Service Provider.
• The Service Provider, not UrsReward, is the actual seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming the Gift Card you purchase.
• Each Gift Card will carry redemption instructions and may have an offer period or expiry date, which must be adhered to.
• Unless otherwise stated, unused Gift Card value will not be credited or refunded.
• Gift Cards cannot usually be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Unless there is an error attributable to UrsReward, all Gift Card sales are final and non-refundable.
• UrsReward and Service Providers are not responsible if you lose your Gift Card at a Service Provider's venue.
• UrsReward acts only as an aggregator and issuer of usable Gift Cards. The Gift Cards and associated offers are owned by the respective Service Provider.
• Service Providers are solely responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their goods or services.
• UrsReward's maximum liability in any case will be limited to refunding the amount charged for a specific Gift Card. Under no circumstance shall UrsReward be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental losses.

2. Website Terms of Use

Use of the Website is subject to acceptance of all the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein, along with any amendments made by UrsReward at its sole discretion.

3. Refund Policy

• If payment is debited but a voucher is not generated, a refund will be processed within 10 working days.
• If cancellation is requested but rejected by the brand, no refund will be issued.
• Refund policies may vary depending on the voucher type.
• Refund TAT: 10 working days.
• Refund requests older than 10 working days cannot be processed.
